This page is used to enter the information from the decoy mail piece.

"Enter New Pieces" - this is the link to return back to this page
"Edit Entries" - this link allows you to edit records for the mail pieces you submitted.
"Help" - displays this help page.

Shows the last piece you have entered on our site and the count of pieces for today and yesterday. Please note that all times on our site are Eastern US (UTC-5)

You can view your entered pieces by selecting a date in the drop down box and pressing the button. Please note that we periodically empty out the database to save space and increase performance. This happens based on the size of the database and there is no set time for this automatic action. Although you may not be able to view the entered pieces - all your entries are safe and are in our main database. The database is emptied out about every 2 months. Normally the drop down extends to 5 days, which gives you the option of checking back to make sure all your pieces are there. If you key in mail around midnight Eastern Time and decide to view the detail report, you might not see all the pieces as some might fall into the report for the previous day. The report is based on the date the piece was accepted into our database and if you don't live in the Eastern US time zone - you might want to check a report for a different day.

This is your current login ID. It is your Zip Code and Plus4. If you receive mail at two locations (your old address and new), please don't forget to log out and log in with a different ID when you start keying mail from another place.

You can log out by pressing the button. There is no need to log out when you are done. As soon as you close the browser window, you will automatically log out. There is also a 20 minute inactivity timeout.

The first name and last names are required information. Please provide the middle Initial, if present. If there is no first name please use the "-" or " " character. Other characters like quotes, commas, dots, etc.. are not allowed. Please don't break up names with the word "BOX" and always key them into the last name field. These fields should be filled out with the name that our pieces are addressed to. Please do not key in your real name. The only place where we need your name in on the application to be an internet decoy. The names we will use are not always good sounding and will never match your name. Some examples: "D. GHJBOX", "K. NC21BOX", "Marlotta Stone", "Mycke Stone", "Sam GHY56UYI Smith", "A. YUIOY Miller". Please do not enter salutations (Mr., Mrs., etc..)
